A little heads up on downtown congestion during deadCENTER

You may notice a little construction going on around downtown during the festival, specifically on Sheridan Ave. near our screening locations on Film Row.  Beginning Thursday, some of the normal access roads to Film Row won’t be available due to the construction.  Don’t worry though; The City of Oklahoma City Public Works Department sent us a heads-up on the changes and how to get around them , including a handy map:

From the fine folks at Public Works:

Attached is a map indicating the temporary changes that will be made on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 9 so they are in effect Thursday morning.  The numbers on the map correspond to the numbered instructions on the information sheet.  The biggest change is the creation of a northbound lane on Robinson between  Main St. and Park Avenue.  This will allow westbound traffic on Main to go north since they will not be able to go south across Sheridan.  Other changes include turn restrictions out of the various garages.

So there you go. See ya on Film Row.
