This year’s fundraiser will be at the Chesapeake Boathouse and will have a Jamaican theme to celebrate the amazing life of Bob Marley. Tickets are $100 and will sell out, so if you want to go, get your tickets early. Just click the BUY button above to get your tickets right now. Ticket sales for the fundraiser will close on Monday, June 4. There will not be tickets available the day of the event or at the door.

“Marley” – Chesapeake Finishline Tower at the Oklahoma River

As a special thanks to the great people of Oklahoma City, deadCENTER kicks off our annual festival with a free outdoor screening the night before we officially open. This year’s film is “Marley,” directed by Kevin MacDonald, about the amazing life and musical legacy of reggae legend Bob Marley. The film will be shown on a 60 foot jumbo tron along the Oklahoma River. Bring your blankets and friends!

The 12th annual deadCENTER Film Festival officially opens with drinks on the rooftop of the fabulous Oklahoma City Museum of Art. The Museum is the official headquarters of deadCENTER and is the year round source for great independent films here in Oklahoma City. All Pass Holders are welcome to enjoy live music, fantastic food, complementary beers and wine and a rooftop full of amazing filmmakers excited to mingle and promote their films.

deadCENTER is run by working filmmakers. And, we know how difficult but important the distribution process is for independent filmmakers. So, we have invited sales agents and distributors from across the country to meet with every deadCENTER filmmaker here at the festival. To line up a meeting, simply sign up at the Stella Filmmaker Brunch.

Since we have all of these great sales agents and distributors in town, we want to share their expertise with as many people as possible. The panel will feature all of our guests and will be open to all pass holders and to the ticketed public as space allows.
