We are thrilled to introduce our new Executive Director, Lissa Gumerson-Blaschke. She's an Okie native, and attended both Casady School and The University of Oklahoma. Lissa comes to us with an extensive background in development and foundation management. She served as the director of development and executive director for the Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics Foundation before moving to Albuquerque. In Albuquerque, Lissa served as director of development for the Albuquerque Community Foundation, St. Joseph Community Health Foundation, Esquela del Sol Montessori and the Harwood Art Center.

Lisa was selected by deadCENTER's Board of Directors to lead deadCENTER after five years of explosive growth. She will work to secure long-term financial stability to match the growth of the organization, and to further develop our relationship with the statewide business community.

Former Executive Director Lance McDaniel will continue to serve deadCENTER as our Artistic Director, creating new education opportunities for working film professionals and expanding the reach of the statewide education program.

Please join us in welcoming Lissa Gumerson-Blaschke into the deadCENTER family!

deadCenter happens with the help of over 400 volunteers. We'd love for you to be part of the magic.
